C4's Devils Advocate Aeropress Affogato Recipe:

1. Weigh out 25gm of Devils Advocate & Grind for a Plunger / Filter grind.
2. In a glass add two small scoops of Ice Cream or Gelato (We recommend Camilla's Caramel Latte from our friends at Rollickin Gelato.
3. In the standard orientation add 2 filters and coffee grinds to your Aeropress, then place it on-top of your glass.
4. Pour over all 150g of 85C water within 15 seconds
5. Gently stir for 15 seconds
6. Add your plunger and wait for 2 minutes
7. Press/Plunge and enjoy!
