Cafetto Organic Milk Cleaner
This organic liquid cleaner is formulated to remove milk residues from milk lines, frothers and parts on automatic espresso machines, and for softening milk build up and scale on espresso machine steam wands.
Keeping your cafe free from harmful bacteria is critical, and lab tests have shown the Cafetto Organic Milk Frother Cleaner is effective against E-Coli, Salmonella, Listeria and Enterococcus when used according to instructions.
For Steam wand cleaning:
- Ensure the white cap is tightly sealed, and slightly loosen the green cap. Gently squeeze the bottle until reservoir measures 50ml, then remove the green lid and pour from reservoir.
- Add 50ml of cleaner to 500ml of warm water in a stainless steel jug.
-Open steam valve and steam solution until hot.
-Close steam valve, and leave to soak for a few minutes.
-Remove solution and remove any build up with a cold damp cloth.
-once cleaned, purge steam wand for 10 seconds.
For Automatic machines:
- Ensure the white cap is tightly sealed, and slightly loosen the green cap. Gently squeeze the bottle until reservoir measures 50ml, then remove the green lid and pour from reservoir.
- Add 50ml of cleaner to 500ml of warm water in a stainless steel jug.
- Insert milk frother suction tube into solution.
- Run entire solution through the frother.
- Repeat the above procedure with 500ml of clean water to rinse all the components thoroughly.
