Our newest Colombian Micro lot a wonderful washed castillo from the well known and recognized Jairo Arcila. Roasted to a Medium-Light profile, this coffee is a delight no matter how it's brewed. Crafting a delicate and juicy filter, whilst still shinning as an espresso. With wonderful clear notes of Apricot, Panela, Tamarllio, and a Lime Citrus finish.
