Our latest Ethiopian single comes from the Sidama Coffee Farmers' Cooperative Union in southern Ethiopia. Founded in 2001, the cooperative represents over 90,000 smallholder farmers. Ripe cherries are hand-sorted, pulped, fermented, and washed daily at the washing station, preserving the clarity and distinctive character of this region. Fair trade Organic certified.
