Colombia: Ombligon by Luis Calderon

Another beautiful coffee from one of our favourite producers Luis Anibal Calderon. This Ombligon is a beautiful and slightly funky coffee, that tastes as perfect as one can possibly get. This cup is bursting of deep wine like flavours, with complex citrus notes in the finish, one cup isn't enough and you'll find yourself finishing the bag before you know it!

Something that makes this coffee extra special too, is that our Retail Specialst Kyle used the coffee to great success in the NZ Barista Championships, his routine was inspired by the hard work Luis puts into every aspect of his coffee, from the soil compostion used, to the shade trees grown along side the Ombligon. 10g Lacto Fermnted grapes, fermented anaerobically over 7 days,

60g Bakers Yeast fermented grapes, fermented anaerobically over 72 hours,

10g Clarified Roobis Tea, post infused with 75% Dark Whittikers Chocolate,
