El Oasis Washed Pink Bourbon

This washed Pink Bourbon comes from El Oasis in Gaitania, Tolima, where Nectario Zúñiga grew coffee with his wife and sons. It continues C4’s relationship with the family, also known through our El Oasis Lactic Natural lot. Cherries are selectively harvested, sorted and floated before processing at Cofinet’s La Pradera facility. A 30-hour underwater fermentation is followed by pulping, washing and drying on raised beds.
